Alignment is an important aspect of vehicle maintenance. Proper alignment ensures that all four wheels of a vehicle are set up in a straight line when the steering wheel is set straight. When a vehicle’s wheels are out of alignment, it can cause a number of problems. For example, handling capability drops dramatically, and the vehicle may struggle to drive in a straight line, pulling consistently in one direction.

Additionally, bad alignment can cause tires to wear unevenly, which means they’ll have to be replaced more frequently, adding considerable expense to the cost of car ownership. Regular alignments should be done twice a year as part of basic auto maintenance.
